Data Portability Policy

Owner sovereignty is the core of the registry. Property records belong to the record owner. This policy describes how to export your record.

1. What you can export

The full property record, including:

Property profile fields
2D Crawlspace Blueprints™ exports (PNG, PDF)
3D-Crawlspaces™ structural model (industry-standard format)
360° Space-Crawler™ panorama captures (equirectangular JPG, MP4 where applicable)
All zone data, findings, severity coding, and readings
Maintenance timeline events
Correction records and follow-up notes
Document vault attachments (in their original formats)
Access log
Permission history

Structured data (profile fields, timeline events, zones, readings) is exported as CSV and JSON. Media is exported in standard openly readable formats.

2. How to export

From your account settings, choose Export full record. The export is prepared as a downloadable archive and emailed to the account email address. Exports are available for download for 14 days.

3. Transfer packet (at sale)

A transfer packet is a permissioned, time-bounded export designed for inspectors, agents, and prospective buyers. It includes the current Crawlspace Blueprints™, prior correction records, and the last 12 months of events. Recipients receive viewer-scope access (read-only) for 14 days by default. 4. Cost

Exports for active account holders are free of charge.

5. Time to fulfillment

Standard exports are available immediately on request. Where the archive is large, fulfillment may take up to 72 hours.

6. Account closure exports

If you close your account, you may export your full record for 90 days after closure. After 90 days, records enter cold storage and exports are available on case-by-case reactivation for up to 12 months.
