Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Crawl-Space Connect collects, why, and your choices. It applies to our web app, mobile app, and related services.
1. What we collect
- Account: name, email, phone, role.
- Property (homeowners): address, county, access notes.
- Blueprint media: 360° footage, panoramas, floor plans, and findings captured during inspection.
- Trade business: legal/display name, contact info, service counties, and license & insurance documents you upload for review.
- Activity: contacts you initiate, completion confirmations, notifications, and basic usage logs.
- Billing: handled by Stripe; we store subscription status and identifiers, never full card numbers.
2. How we use it
To create and serve your Blueprint, match homeowners to qualified trades in their county, process subscriptions, review trade credentials, send notifications, and operate and secure the service.
3. Who sees what
Access is enforced by row-level security. Homeowners see only their own property and Blueprint. Trades see only contacts directed to their listings. A trade’s public listing (business name, contact, counties) is shown to homeowners with matching findings. Admins and our inspection/editor staff access records to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Processors
We use Supabase (database, auth, file storage), Stripe (billing), and push providers (Apple/Google) to deliver the service. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
5. Retention & your choices
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for legal and operational reasons. You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us; deleting your account removes your personal data except records we must retain by law.
