Subscription Terms

This page describes the subscription tiers, billing mechanics, renewals, and cancellation rules for Crawl-Space Connect. These Subscription Terms are part of the Terms of Service.

1. Homeowner subscriptions

Year 1 Bundle — $499 (paid up front). Includes the initial Crawlspace Blueprints™ documentation event, twelve months of Annual Registry Access, and 360° Space-Crawler™ access.

Annual Registry Access — $225 per year (renews annually). Begins on the first anniversary of the Year 1 Bundle, unless canceled before renewal.

Additional properties — $149 per year per additional property. Each additional property is a separate record under the same account.

Legacy plan. Subscribers on the $175 per year legacy plan retain a 14-day grace period after lapse; full Year 1 Bundle pricing applies on re-subscription.

2. Property manager subscriptions

Priced at $225 per managed property per year. Volume terms are available for portfolios of 25+ properties at crawlspaceconnect@gmail.com.

3. Trade partner subscriptions

Billed per business (not per category). One verified business carries one CCC-### member ID across all categories it is verified to perform.

All tiers include: routed findings in declared service area, closeout-upload access, registry standards training, and access to the registry canon for scope.

4. Auto-renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. We email a renewal reminder before annual renewals.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period; annual subscriptions cancel at the end of the current annual term unless a refund is granted under Section 7.

6. Failed payment and retry

New homeowner subscriptions and all trade partner subscriptions are paused on failed payment, with Stripe retrying per its standard schedule. Crawlspace Blueprints™ snapshots remain readable during a lapse; routing, new findings, and closeouts are blocked until payment succeeds.

7. Refunds

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Annual subscriptions canceled within 14 days of the initial annual charge are refundable pro rata at the platform's discretion. The Year 1 Bundle includes the initial documentation event; once the documentation event has been performed, the Year 1 Bundle is non-refundable in part or in whole.

8. Price changes

We may change prices. Material price changes for existing subscribers will be communicated by email at least 60 days before the new price takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Taxes

Prices exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes assessed on your purchase.
